A note on
our logo – the lionheart.

The lionheart symbol comes from the word LEV; meaning ‘lion’ in Russian/Ukrainian and ‘heart’ in Hebrew. It is a symbol of our name, and our values. It gives us a responsibility to live up to what it represents.

Pride

Pride (our value of emotion). We care for, and take pride in, our work and our people. We consider our clients and stakeholders as a part of our community; one that we are responsible for. A strong chain is made up of many individually strong links that hold each other together. We are one link in the supply chain community. Growing together with our partners and being a part of their success is fulfilling, rewarding and makes us proud.

Transparency

Transparency (our value of communication). This is a key to our success and a trait we put a lot of emphasis on. Having open, strong and transparent communication with our customers ensures that everyone is on top of every stage of delivery. Our aim is to reduce the stress and uncertainty of the transport process. It’s much easier to plan and manage operations when you know what’s going on.

Reliability

Reliability (our value of service). Performing our work successfully and safely, all year round, builds confidence and trust. This requires the right systems to be put in place – including policies and procedures, software and infrastructure, hiring and training programs – which we not only expect of ourselves, but of our contractors, vendors and clients. We spend a large portion of our lives at work and it’s therefore important for us to create an environment where we enjoy working and can trust and depend on the people we work with.
